Meet Nakita Hodgson, otherwise known as “Coach Keets”

Keets has been involved in health and fitness her entire life. Nowadays, if she is not at the pool coaching competitive swimming she is either at the gym working out or at home eating healthy foods.

Running a Bootcamp, or “Get Fit Challenge” in this case, has always been a dream for Keets. Taking all that she’s learnt and using it to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.


Did you know that when you exercise, your body releases endorphins? And did you know that endorphins make you feel happy? Its that simple 😉


Not only will you learn new exercises, but you will also discover new ways to increase flexibility, and therefore decrease potential injury.


It’s no secret that exercise makes you look good, and feel good too. And we all know that when you look good and feel good you’ll be a more confident you.



  • HANDS-ON, CUSTOMISED WORK OUT PLANS – Throughout the 8-week challenge, Keets will be improvising workout plans based on the individuals that attend.
  • GROUP LEARNING ENVIRONMENT – Be social and make friends while getting fit. Surround yourself with like-minded people who share the common goal of health and fitness.
  • PROFESSIONAL COACHING – There is nothing worse than getting started and then getting hurt. Receive professional coaching and do it right!
